'Growing Food, Growing Community, Growing Life'

Jubilee Harvest

Healthy life, healthy kai - it all begins in the garden. At The Jubilee, we believe that growing fresh food grows more than just nourishment - it grows connection, wellbeing, and pride. Our community gardens bring people together to share knowledge, plant seeds of hope, and harvest the rewards of healthy living.

Each garden is a living classroom - teaching practical skills like composting, seed saving, and sustainable growing while nurturing a sense of belonging and purpose. The kai we grow supports our Food-bank and local families.

'It's not about how much you have, it's about learning to
make what you have work for you'.

Money Matters Whanau

At The Jubilee, we know money worries can feel overwhelming, especially when life gets tough. Our Budgeting Programme, led by Ngakiri, offers one-on-one support to help whānau take control, reduce debt, and plan for a future filled with confidence and hope. With understanding, encouragement, and aroha, we walk alongside you every step of the way, helping you build lasting stability and peace of mind.

Together, we turn challenges into choices and uncertainty into opportunity. Step by step, we’re building stronger, more confident whānau, and a community that thrives.
'No one should be invisible in their own community'

Streetlight Outreach

At The Jubilee, we believe everyone deserves dignity, safety, and hope - no matter their circumstances.  It’s not just about meeting immediate needs - it’s about building trust, restoring confidence, and helping people find their path toward stability and belonging.

Our volunteers, partners, and donors work together to bring practical help and emotional support to those doing it tough across Northland. Every meal shared, every conversation held, and every act of love reminds us that no one should ever have to face hardship alone. Together, we’re restoring dignity, one life at a time.

'Health is not about age, it's about attitude'.

Kaumatua Get Fit

Our Kaumātua Hauora – Get Fit Over 50s programme celebrates movement, connection, and wellbeing for our older community members. These sessions focus on gentle fitness, balance, and social connection, helping participants build strength in body (tinana), clarity in mind (hinengaro), and warmth in spirit (wairua). It’s a safe, supportive space where everyone moves at their own pace and leaves feeling lighter, stronger, and uplifted. We see smiles grow, energy return, and community spirit thrive. Together, we’re proving that staying active isn’t about age; it’s about attitude, connection, and keeping the heart of hauora alive.

'Empowering the Deaf through technology and connection'.

Deafying Odds

At The Jubilee, our Deafying Odds programme is all about breaking barriers and opening doors for our Deaf and the hard-of-hearing whānau. Through education, AI learning tools, and inclusive communication support, we’re creating spaces where every person can connect, learn, and thrive.

We believe that language should never limit potential and that every voice, whether sign or spoken, deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

'Helping you get it signed, sorted and stress-free'

Jubilee Justice Hub

The Jubilee Justice Hub offers friendly, reliable Justice of the Peace (JP) services for our Northland community. Whether you need documents witnessed, certified copies, or statutory declarations signed, our JP is here to help, professionally, confidentially, and with aroha.

We understand that paperwork can be stressful, so our goal is to make the process simple, accessible, and respectful for everyone. At The Jubilee, we believe every person deserves fair, easy access to trusted JP support, delivered with kindness and integrity.
